Rent Masters focuses in paying your Rent Advance directly to the landlord so you can pay it back to us in monthly installments.

To get started, just complete and online or paper application and submit your proof of income, proof of employment, proof of identification, one passport picture and an application processing fee of 100 cedis to our office.

Rent Masters will verify your submitted application and all supporting documents to determine its correctness and authenticity.

In as little as 5 to 10 business days, Rent Masters will evaluate your affordability for the rent amount being sort and notify of your application acceptance or denial.

If your application is accepted, Rent Masters will advice you to begin apartment or room search and rent advance payment made directly to the Landlord as soon as possible.

After rent advance payment is made, you will be obligated to make your low and affordable monthly rent payment to Rent Masters at the beginning of each month.
